Dear Sir/Mam,

I am having a Airtel postpaid connections more than years & my Mobile No 9925 335 885, but since last 3 days my SIM card not working & no showing any network connection. In this case I have called airtel call center on 8 th April for this issue. Customer care executive told me your SIM card was damaged & You have to visit your nearest Airtel store for replace SIM. I told this executive in our city & state are totally lockdown, then your store will opened?? & this executive confirmed told me that our all store are working. Also told me that visit the store & our manager replased SIM immediately.

In our city totally Lockdown & very tough condition, As per executive guidance I visited more than 3 to 4 store but all this airel store closed. So that I have complaint to again for misguide & mentaly harase to me. But the Airtel customer care executive not take complain for this & told me that there is no any option for this matter in our complaint software.

Finally Till the time my SIM not working, currently I am working with banking industry. In my job my mobile phone most important for provide customer service to my customer.

So, kindly do needful in this matter…
