Suddenly my sim lost all network. When approach to Customer care they mention sim damage got replacement of sim still network not recover approach couple of times to outlet lodge complaint two tines given verification proof they claim verification unclear. How disappointing using same number from 20 years went personally couple of times to airtel outlet they have taken my live photo submitted voter ID twice. now they claim verification rejected.
