I am Justin from Tiruchirappalli. I would like to inform you that I purchased a new prepaid SIM from Airtel Office, (Central Bus stand) Cantonment, Trichy on 20.07.2018 for my old number.
Till date the same has not been activated. I talked with the manager Mr. Kannan whose cell number is +917540000863 to solve the SIM activation problem. Till date he could not able to solve the problem.
Since my airtel number is not working, I am facing lot of problems. Their office staffs also not able to solve this problem. Always they are expecting their manager. Most of the time he is not available in the office. Past three days also manager Mr. Kannan is not available in the office.
