I’m using Airtel prepaid connection. Last week Rs.23 has been deducted from my main account without my consent. This badly affected my phone usage and I called their customer care,they told me that this is for validity extension of my plan and this unfair reduction is part of their terms and conditions. Their customer care person behaved in very cheap manner and that really hurt me, such a stupid reply I ever heard!!!
I have the recording of our conversation. Do something timely against this unfair action from Airtel.
