I am recharging my airtel mobile number both for calls and data. But Airtel is not at all providing any service properly. Neither can I call somebody or receive calls nor can use the data for sending or receiving message. Their service not at all user friendly that there is no place to register our complaint or  speak to someone to get a solution. They are very keen to get our money without providing any service by making frequent calls.  Its extremely unworthy for our money. Airtel is advertising big things but doing zero things. If you are not correcting the issue and making a proper platform for receiving complaints its sure that you are about to lose all your customers on a sooner date.
