Every month / every 2 months we continue to experience the following
1. No Service
2. Complete outage of service for 1 day or more
Please note that this is not happening with one individual customer, In the Community the Blocks A, B, C, D, E continue to experience one or both issue mentioned above every month.
In addition to above, on day to day basis we experience the following
1. Voice Cracking
2. Call Drop
3. Poor Signal
4. Slow Data
5. Coverage issues etc
Even after repeated complaints no action has been taken yet.
To give further examples:
When reporting network issue (no service) in the locality via Twitter (note phone connected to wifi), your team responds with message saying we tried to reach you on your mobile number.
