Hi, iam Monish I had an issue with my sim number 8553440169

On 27/11/2020 when I woke up at the morning I took my and switch on the mobile data but I didn’t get any response then I checked my sim network it show that emergency calls only then I started to call customer service 121 then they said that your sim is in active status but I didn’t get any signal I was using this sim for more than 6 years after that I visited the nearest Airtel store at Mahalaxmi layout and they checked my number and they said the validity of the sim 9ver then I said that I need the same number because I was using single sim for all my activity still now their response was not good they just took an duplicate sim and asked my id proof and I gave them and they took and live photo of me and they gave me the duplicate sim and after I inserted the sim in my phone after 10mins it showed message on my alternate number which was my mother number I gave that your id proof verification doesn’t match and I asked the Airtel store and they tried of two times and the same message was came but the problem was the live of me now and the id proof I gave the picture doesn’t match actually do u agree the face of the person doesn’t change for years  they are saying that system doesn’t verify then why the government gave the adhaar card in that all my biometric ,d.o.b,name all matched but my live doesn’t match after this issue they said we can’t do anything need to go to head office for ur clarification and I traveled 21kms for my home to the Bangalore Airtel head office which is at Bannerghatta road. After getting their they did the same procedure what the Airtel service station did and they said the same reason and I said what all happened in Airtel service station and he I can’t do anything I can mail to head officers and at final the service was irritating that I was using their sim more than 6 years and now not informing and message about the sim validity and they cut the signal off my sim and now they made new software of id verification and it doesn’t match is this way they response to customer I have been going to store for 4 days still the problem has not solved and in the Bangalore head office finally the guy at slot 8 is telling to that this is not the head office the office is in Chennai do they think that we are buffoons . The service they give so pathetic and irritating

Still now they doing the same procedure and telling my live photo doesn’t match and they are not taking any further step this what the customer get when they get problem with Airtel sim
