I purchase airtel broadband and pay around 2800 rs for the connection including 3 months free internet 150 gb per month.Then I activate service for rs 299 extra for unlimited internet.After 2 months usage i got a message from airtel that the plan has changed and you will get unliited internet without paying extra and your extra 299 plan has been cancelled with immediate effect.Now still I got the extra bill to pay.I call customer care they told u have not deactivated the extra 299rs plan.But if company has cancelled the plan and i got a message then why i would pay extra.
