I am disgusted with the fact that I even opted for airtel secure, its such a horrifying experience of my life. I have giving my phone for providing the estimation cost and the afterwards I received a call asking me to pay 10% of sum insured amount 6500/- as per their policies. and I clearly explained my case and denied my consent to repair my phone and requested them to return it ,as it is, and as soon as possible. since then they have been continuously calling me and asking me to pay and finally today I received a call from airtel secure 7899799614 a lady informed me that my phone has been repaired to which I have to pay the amount prescribed for me. I explained my case to her and told her many a times “I have not given my consent’ to repair my phone. I do have all the call recordings please allow me to explain. she clearly told me that if I don’t pay the amount they will not return the phone, which is unfair. I fail to understand what kind of professionalism is the? is this extortion.
I received a quotation/estimation I decided not to got further, as a customer I have the full authority to take decision of my possession.
I request you to please help me with my case and help me to get my phone as it is and they should take the responsibility of further damage.
