Good day
Im a post paid customer woth no 8899792988.
Im on 499 plan still no able to get Netflix and Amazon prime benefits for last 1.5 months and i have been calling customer care many time they say wait for 2 day another one saying 1 day after. And this has been going on for last 1.5 mintgs and ask me to update to 649 plan.
Is this a scam or what??
I cant express how pathetic liers Airtel is.
When i asked them , i wanna speak to your senior executive who can solve my problem they just simply kept me waiting on call.
Changing my aitel to jio now
