I have in talks with Customer care regard safe internet. I have been charged every month 99 rupees for the this safe internet.
I tried to login using http://app.airtel.in/safe/ but the login ID and password does not work in this application. I tried to call customer care but it was really annoying answers, the customer care do not trained about safe internet. I tryed to talk to manager level and i have been told that this service has been stopped moth back. airtel safe internet is no more active and i have not been intimated about it.
