Hi

I’m writing to inform you as I had made excessive amount to my Airtel postpaid bill (9686412870)  3633 was the total amount which was paid

I spoke to customer service on 2nd May and asked for the refund of the excess amount for which I was been advised on 7 working days.

i had patience and had to wait for the refund to happen it was more than 10 working days and I again contacted Airtel but they asked me to check with the bank I immediately spoke to my bank provider and checked there was no refund initiated of that amount. I spoke to customer services and 21st of every month is my payment statement date hence had to go to the Airtel app to check my upcoming bill but my account was still on a credit if 2848 which easily says that the refund was not initiated.

I have been lied all these while and made me a fool in front of bank and had to argue for no joy And the customer service that Airtel has is just useless.

i was asked to send all my bank account statements which I have sent ages ago.
