I have seen an option of charging phone for 199 in My Airtel app and done it but the plan is no longer available now. 199 rupees from my account is withdrawn by airtel and after that they said it is a failed transaction. I have done the recharge on 23/03/2020. Till now I haven’t received my refund. (phone number 9560762862)
