Text of Complaint by Devendra Singh:

I have been recharge on 27 November 2021 through airtel thanks app. But, my amount has been deducted and recharge couldn’t be completed. In this regard I talk to customer care and she replied me your amount return your account within 10 day and she misbehave with me as like she provide wrong information, talk me rudely etc.
Sir, I cames a lower class family 598/- rs is very huge amount for me I can’t wait for 10 day’s so please I requested to you please matter take up with Airtel CEO.

I want to take shri Gopal Vittal CEO of airtel bharti.

Matter most urgent. Please solved priority level.
