Text of Complaint by Deepanshu Kadam:

I have recharged my mobile number [9773753774] through net banking for Rs. 379 on 23th July 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference of Rs. 379. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
