Text of Complaint by Yamini Priya:

I have recharged Airtel number 9566141651 on 05-07-2020, with the Pack of RS.448 which is valid for 82 days, with the benefitsof unlimited packs. Recharge has been initiated, money has been deducted from my bank account, but the recharge pack is not reflected in such airtel number. I tried to contact customer care but they don’t responded.

Get this message :
Bill payment of Rs. 448.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 9566141651. Txn ID: 2007051937672. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this Txn ID for future reference.

Rs. 448.0 online re-charge of Airtel Mobile 9566141651; Txn ID: 2007051937672 has failed due to technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Could you please look into this issue or else refund the amount.
