Today I initiated a recharge on my airtel mobile number via My Airtel application. There I have saved my card details for the payment. I made a transaction of Rs. 100 and it was completed with a transaction Id displayed saying the transaction is complete. But when I checked my balance, it showed tha same amount as before the payment was done.
I have a screenshot of the transaction and also this is not the first time, it has happened once before this also. At that time I thought maybe it was a mistake from my end.
And the strange part is, My Airtel app doesn’t show my transaction in the transaction history.
As per the application I made no payment, but this time I took a screenshot for my reference.
I want you to solve this issue as soon as possible.
By refunding my amout of Rs. 200 or by adding in my account balance.
