Text of Complaint by Gnanaprakasam R:

I did a recharge of 598 through the airtel app and it showed I have a 40rs discount coupon and it showed that the amount needs to be paid is only 558.

But after recharge, it is showing the plan of 558 instead of 598. I spoke to customer care supervisor Sohail and he said that there is no coupon available for me and the coupon showing in the app is fake.

I need the validity for the plan I selected which is 598 and not for 558.

If airtel employees itself says that I’m getting fake offers in airtel app itself which I thought is legitimate then there is no point in using this network provider who provides fake offers through their app itself.
