Text of Complaint by Ankur yadav:

Respected sir i have port my aircel sim into airtel on 24 of march and done my frc on 1 of april of rupee 52.

After that i recharge through ptm of rupees 399 on my airtel no. But when i put my number 8565857490. And proceed it but your ptm automatically selected operator aircel instead airtel.

And shows recharge done. Deducted money from my wallet. Now i tried so many times to talk to your customers by they can’t help me.
