Dear sir / madam
I am a airtel costumer
My mobile no. Is 9129165

I recharge yesterday my no. Rs. 2499.00 out of country I have receive sms successfully recharge…
But in mobile don’t show the credit amounts..

told me what’s happened

  1. Hi Sir,

    I taken 3 family plan numbers and one data plan from Airtel and it’s 799 plan. I have raised a request for disconnection for family plan number 1 , another number 2 and data plan number. I got migrated one post paid to prepaid as per airtel advisor request. Then , I keep for disconnection for another 2 number and I raised it on 27th July 2020. They said that, it’s disconnection on 3rd Aug 2020. I have checked that, I am unable to call those numbers as it’s disconnected and unable to make any calls. Now I am trying to disconnect for main number in family plan and they have taken the request on 3rd Aug 2020(as I tried to raised request earlier , but they said that, they cannt taken request until those two numbers are disconnected and I waited untill disconmections both number and I raised a request). Now(4th Aug 2020), I have checked my status with them, they said that, the request has been cancelled due to both numbers are not disconnected permanently but I have raised the request for permanent disconnections and I don’t want those numbers any more. I feel, they r trying to retain this number and I don’t understand why they are doing like this.

    I wnated to disconnect my main number as well. I have some audio records which I spoke with customer care team. Intially what they said and now how they talk about this disconnection.

    I am not happy with them as they are cheating the customers. I have request numbers as well. Please help me on this with urgent bases.

    Please find the request numbers which I raised those for disconnections below.

    1) 31-3244473148758( for 9973033052 number) – raised on 27th July 2020. – Disconnected on 3rd Aug 2020, but they said that, it’s temparay disconnection.
    2) 31-3244475238485( for 9959193052 number) – raised on 27th July 2020. – disconnected on 3rd Aug 2020, but they said that, it’s temprary disconnection.
    3) 31-3278769898746( for 9949543052 number) – raised on 3rd Aug 2020. – Cancelled this request – don’t know why they did.

    Please help me in this.
