I have done Portability of my career from Airtel to JIO in May-end.

I was informed by JIO that I have dues pending on my phone no 9740212645 and requesting to pay and immediately I paid the dues on 9-Jul-2021 and also got confirmaiton in mail from Airtel about the payments.

however on 16-jul-2021 my Jio career stopped my outgoing services on my above no and multiple mails calls were not appropriately acknowledged oir answered by JIO and AIRTEL.

till now the issue is not sorted and i am getting only same message ”

We would like to inform you that your request is still in progress and it is taking longer than expected. Please be assured that our team is working on it and will be resolving on priority.” from airtel.

When checked with JIO They are not giving any answers for my Query.

this is highly impacting my work.

requesting you to action this ASAP and also need a compensation from AIRTEL on unnecessarily disconnecting the services when the DUES are already Paid.
