I have ₹61 balance on my airtel number and its validity was lifetime when I bought airtel connection but suddenly an alert message came to my mobile number saying your outgoing validity will expire on 15 Dec 2018 and incoming validity will expire on 30 Dec 2018. Airtel is cheating openly, why are they doing so, someone please look into this matter.
