I had port my airtel number from prepaid to postpaid for better network quality. But after visiting leh ladakh at Jammu and Kashmir ,my airtel sim shows no network at all. No proper solution given by airtel. I also can’t convert back to prepaid as they are saying to use for minimum 3 months. What should I do with airtel sim having no network and pay them unnecessary.
