My validity was ended, so i have done a recharge of Rs.379 using paytm.
The recharge was shown successful. But the rechage amount isn’t reflected in my account.
The reference number given is 260927865.
Transaction id is 019093968074.
Since my both incoming and outgoing services is blocked please look into the matter and do the needful urgently.
I have tried many a times to speak to the customer care executive. But i icoudn’t reach.
I have spent trying to reach them.
