Text of Complaint by nilutpol:

I have been chasing airtel for over 2 months now because initially I was having problems recharging because according to airtel My Number is both postpaid and prepaid .  Now after numerous calls , emails and tweets I decided to port the number . The port message doesn’t get delivered. When I call customer care the call just gets round and round among postpaid department and prepaid department . This is torture and harassment. Pathetic service
