Hi Team,

This is to bring to your notice that i have prepaid in advance the 1498 plan and still it had 5 days validity. But when enquired wth customer care they say this scenario applicable for a particular plan and not for others.

I am losing 5 days validity, whereas other telephone providers start after the expiration period.

  1. I would like airtel to look into this and do the needful.
