Hello,
This is third time I have ported back to Airtel thinking that everything will work fine. I got my number ported from JIO to Airtel on May 30, 2022 and it got successfully ported midnight of June 1, 2022.
Now, the internet services do not work at all, it shows 4G but the internet does not work. I gave a call to customer care and the call was totally blurred with broken IVR voice. The airtel customer care has assured that this problem will be solved and shared a complaint number with me.
I do not understand that why Airtel is running a market which has either zero speed or ranging speed between 0.38 Mbps to 3.8 Mbps.
I tried to reboot my device which is new, and jio worked flawlessly before this airtel with slow speed at least. Evertime it is one and the same issue as always with Airtel. Now, I am stuck with 90 days period.
The speed even if it starts working it fluctuates so much that the pages go offline.
Can you take some action as my number is enlisted with all my contacts and i do not want to loose my number.
