I ported my number from Airtel post paid to Prepaid on 21st Dec’2020.I was provided a SIM by retailer which will get activated post porting was done . Within 30 min of porting request initiation, I got a call from Airtel and was Informed that on existing SIM porting can be done, hence I opted for same and it worked fine. I reached my number and was able to make calls then. On 26th I received a message that my porting request will be completed today. Once I changed my SIM , I am again asked to recharge and no support from Airtel whatsoever.
