Text of Complaint by Sushmita Rai:

I had lost my airtel prepaid sim and had requested for new replacement postpaid sim at airtel store near Alambagh, Lucknow. I had purchased the postpaid sim on 9 May 2019 and it was assured that after address verification the sim will be activated within 24 hours.

Now its been 2 weeks of the purchase, neither the sim got activated nor I am getting any satisfactory response from the service provider. I have been struggling a lot for this. I would like to request you to please initiate the process and activate my number asap.
