Recently 2 of our post paid connections have been deactivated by Airtel authorities without providing preintimation or post clarification and assistance. The only thing told by the customer care is to visit nearest airtel centre and get the sim replaced. And that too for indirectly accessing adhaar linking as the only verification mode in spite of asking them that adhaar is not the mandate for such requirements. Especially in the case of Airtel as been ordered previously by the court for fraudulent facts adopted in Airtel money.
please can anyone address this issue
