I was using Airtel IR pack for more than two years. As a postpaid customer, i should have been informed any plan or policy changes through email or calling me and updating the plan. When i subscribed to IR plan, Airtel team told me that if there is any change in IR pack, i should call or send an email from registered email id. It should be applicable to Airtel Also. Airtel without proper communication, they changed the policy and converted into daily pack and put a hefty charge for the month of Dec to Jan 2020. I need to login to Airtel app, which is useless, it will not provide correct info abt my plan. It will not show when it will expire, Airtel simply adds daily pack along with IR monthly pack. Somewhere around Febuary, Airtel nodal team told me that they will waive the overcharge as i am a long term customer for the past 8 years. Jan to Feb billing also had same issues, they told me to wait till bill is generated. After that COVID came, nobody responded. Each month they will simply add the penalty. June 17th they suspended my account. I lost all my contact and lose my business opportunites. All the issues raised from Airtel Nodal/Appalette team and their app. Finally they fixed all the app issues in somewhere in May. As i am in overseas and COVID crisis, Airtel took advantage and disconnected my service. Attached the one sample how worst the app is.
