My airtel postpaid ph no.9533996994 bill was generated an advance rental for next year April 2019 for Rs. 476.48/-. But not updated the free calls as per existing plan. So I ported to idea but not settling my airtel for used calls n period.
Even I mailed to Nodal officer, they are telling they are unable to adjust and saying pay the entire bill.
One more airtel no which advance rent was adjusted because that no is still in airtel ( 9032910442) but not adjusting to 9533996994 number only because of porting to Idea.
Is it correct to pay advance rent? ?
