Hi,
My number 9000008024 was part of my parent number 9663399413 .i raised the complain to make it out of the family plan… One of your executive called and he guided me the same… Now when I see the number is removed from 9663399413 but enrolled my 9000008024 with 799 plan…. Who told to enroll it with 799 plan with out my concerns… It’s purely cheating customer.. I am using Airtel from past 10 years…this is the way u treat customers…. Now bill generated for the 9000008024 and getting calls to pay it…. I was not even aware of it….
Kindly consider this on priority and take the required action…. I will post the same fraud in social media for resolution if needed.
