Hello Concern Authority,
I am Alok Kumar from Hyderabad. I had port my airtel prepaid connection to postpaid (almost 7 month ago), i am using this number for almost 10 years as prepaid. What is wrong with me that the plan which i took was promised me to give at 299 Rs. rental p/m. Further they charge the amount like 500, 600 and more without any intimation about plan to me or reason behind charging more in billing. In a month due to some reason, i didn’t pay bill and later next month i have stopped using this number (neither make any call nor used any internet connection) inspite of it the charge every month bill like (more than 600). Sometime they discontinue my number without any intimation and sometime they active it without any notification to me. they do whatever suitable for them without understanding customer convenience.
Further i communicate to one of Airtel CCE whose number i am mentioning here (i.e. 7995068368). I talk to her and she told me that please pay at least 500/- initial amount then she will make active my number. I paid this bill 500/- on dated 12 June 2019 via Airtel app (the transaction id=2386702441).
After pay this amount, i called to 7995068368 (CCE Executive) who promise me that she will activate my number but after that she didn’t pick my phone. I am continuously calling her but she is not picking my phone. I also rached to airtel store (Near by Deloite office, hitech city, hyderabad, telanagana) and they also didn’t help me in anyway. I’m fed-up with the kind of service and losses that causes me.
This connection (9650147450) is very important for me as this is linked everywhere, i can’t say how much in loss i’m so far.
