I have been a regular postpaid customer to Airtel . There have been so many issues with the network comlaints , billing cycle complaints .
I always kept my patience and waited for the customer care to sort it out. They crossed limits this time, from the past 3 months my bill plan is over charged .
I am on 399 bill plan with Airtel, from past 2 months + feb 3rd months , I again got a bill overdue of 706.82 rupees. They say i have consumed extra internet service , but i already have 94 gb data saved in my account . then why i am being charged of extra internet. there was no prior warning or msg from airtel.
I always call to the customer care and complaint about it , then they apologize and make it correct . this is harassment of regualr 3rd month , same mistake , same clarifications and same waste of money and time. I request you to please look into this matter.
