Hello,

I am Satyanarayana, I am airtel Postpaid customer from the past 20 years. I never delayed my bills or anything as such. I was in the US from January till February month-end.  I took monthly international calling for January and paid amount 3999INR, and for February, I called to customer care and requested the same plan for February month as well. I paid almost 6000INR for both months, in total I paid around 9000INR. And, in March they sent me a bill of 17400INR. I didn’t understand and asked them, they were saying that they have charged me day-wise not month-wise. But, what is a point for them to bill me day-wise because I already confirmed from customer care that I need the same plan as of January that is month-wise international calling? I told everything to them and requested them to send me month-wise, and I gave the assurance, that I will pay, my bill if you send me month-wise, which I already confirmed it from customer care. And, I also told them to hear my conversation with customer care, which they will be recorded right. But, they never settled this. And, finally, Now, they disconnected my connection, and I am not even receiving incoming as well. What is a point for a customer to use your services, if you do like this for them,  who is having your connection from the past 20 years, in the same network, and using their services. The treatment is really bad, It is a great loss for my business.  I  hope you people can solve my situation.
