Dear sir,

7th August 12:45 pm i given to a request for convert to post paid to prepaid i submet all document and i paid advance amount also

But still my network continue in post paid

I call to Costner care many time, he give fake answers
And went to airtel store, store people’s also not respond properly sir, 5 Times i went to the store people’s are test my pesions

Me and my friend applied same time my friend proses already complite, but still i facing the problem
