1. My postpaid no 8953808700 went out of service on due1 April due to some network outage in delhi ncr.
2. Since then I hv been trying to reach the customer care, help and support and have lodged many complaints but have got no reply or rectification
3. I carry only one connection which is not working since one month during this lockdown.
4. As the no is linked to my bank accounts, I am having a hard time doing my online transactions
