Text of Complaint by Hari Ganesh:

My Airtel number  – has problem with signal and I’m unable to make / receive calls since April 30th. I’ve raised complaint with Airtel customer care on May 1st and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I was promised that this will be resolved by May 9th (9 days SLA but I was told it will be resolved much earlier). Unfortunately, this is not resolved. Neither I received any updates on action performed.
I called customer care on May 9th to chase in my complaint. Another complaint has been logged with resolution date of 18 May. 2 days over already but no luck.
It’s Day 12 today – without signals and unable to make or receive calls. Please imagine how I will be managing my work given the new ways of working or any one trying to reach me desperately but I’m not reachable. This is serious concern to me.
I’ve been very patient for last 12 days because even people working Airtel India are HUMAN and likely that you must be experiencing shrinkage on resources due to COVID. However, this is way beyond the acceptable threshold hence the need of me escalating this to your attention.
Attached screenshot of the complaint raised. I would like your associates help me to:
– Fix my signal issue so that I can make or receive calls
– waive-off my rental charges in my invoice for the period the service has been impacted (12 days as at May 12th).
