I am calling to the call centre since August to deactivate my DTH connection and to move on to another plan. DTH has been deactivated after calling many times to the call centre but still Airtel is deducting 500 Rs from my bill for DTH service since August. And many times I called to call center to change my plan and to register a complaint. All the staff whoever answered my call said they changed my plan and I will get a call back from Airtel. Nobody called me and still I am paying extra amount and not able to change my plan to 1599.Kindly look at my issue. Thanks
