Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a one of the privilege customer of Airtel (My Number 8950061635,9355661635) but I am highly disappointed by the services being provided to me.

Sorry to say but I am being cheated by your staff, pls refer to my case narrated below:

Your Sales Executive Mr .Sandeep has intimated me an Years Back for  Porting all my Idea Number into Airtel.He told me about the Plan and features given by the Company on Airtel. Then, I ported all my Number into Airtel post his confirmation

 

From the Last 8-9 Bills I was receiving a Bill of Rs 590 /-aprox for all my calls for 2 Numbers.But from Feb 20 onwards company has started sending more bill of aprox 700/- ,800 etc and so on .In the month of march when I called up the Customer Care.They told be that now the company has no such Plans ,so we have changed the plan  on your numbers.I am surprised that how come the Plans on my Numbers are changed without any intimation to me. Even during this COVID19 pandemic companies are charging Late payment Charges on the bills when most of the outlets are shut down due to Lock Down & each and every one is helping each other for Fight from the pandemic Instead of helping the customer they are making more burden on them by raising the bill and charging LPC!!!!!!!!!! and changing Bill Plans and other unnecessary charges..

Also Company is not even bothered to revert on the Emails sent to them for reversal of Charges sent by me in the month of May .When I had thought of Porting my Number. I am receiving the MSG as “UPC cannot be generated for the reasons 1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”

Pls reverse all the charges immediately and intimate the same to me or else I am no longer interested in having a Airtel Customer.Also shift my Number to the exsiting previous Plans.

Also we are facing a lot of Call Dropping and Unclarity of Voice during the Calls

 

the attitude of your customer executive and the services provided really surprises me!!!!

I need an urgent revert on the above!!!
