Dear sir,
Around two years i have been using Airtel sim as my network provider. Unfortunately today (08-11-2022) i got a SMS saying that your Airtel payment Bank charges Rs 49 + gst. Infact i haven’t requested any bank fecility since i am unaware of that. So how they can ask me to pay this amount which is not requested from my end. So i humbly request you to take an appropriate action for this issue. This kind of activities should be stopped since most of our people are not able to read and understand English language. Also one important thing is that, i was not able to talk to this people through their tall free number which is given to me.
