Text of Complaint by Palani:

My mother’s Airtel SIM card was not working and applied for a ownership transfer (Unknowingly it was registered in my father name and he passed away a year back) and replacement of SIM card. Around 29-Dec-2022 we applied for the same and until now it is not resolved. Also so far Airtel service team never gave us any request number or acknowledgement. We have reached them many times until now (14-Jan-2023) and always getting response we will call you and no resolution happened. Airtel office we approached is on 14, 2nd,Line Beach,Parrys, Second Line Beach, Behind Gpo, Chennai-600001. Executives we reached in this office are Akash, Kavin Verma and their immediate superior, these people always give some excuses why issue is not resolved rather than trying to resolve. Immediate superior whom I spoke to is not allowing me to talk also. Very poor experience, when the staffs are like this it means their superiors are not capable of managing.
