Text of Complaint by Arun Puri:

I am a customer of Bharti Airtel network since 1 year. I have port out my BSNL number to Airtel for better network & Internet services. Yesterday i;e 08-03-2019 they have barred my outgoing services & i was not able to call their 121 customer care no. Then I have talked their CC number from my friend’s number & restored it. Today again they have barred my outgoing services. I have paid my all dues which was Rs. 588/-. How they bother their prestigious customer like this. I am begging them for last 2 hours to restore my number but nobody bother. Please take strict action. This is hampering my work.
