I am complaning because my outgoing call has stopped and they are forcing me that you have to recharge minimum 35 rupee for taking outgoing and incoming call. I have enough balance to complete the call.they are also saying that my incoming call will stop. And they are saying u have to recharge every month, though I have done validity for lifetime. they are forcing why.this is not fare sir.what will i do.
