Airtel outgoing services stopped even after the balance of 78 rs in my airtel sim card account. the airtel customer support is also not helping.
What if i dont want to recharge unlimited pack of airtel. I have no requirment of using internet and i have limited usage of calls then why should i am forcing to recharge costly unlimited packs I WANT TRAI TO TAKE PROPER AND STRICTLY ACTION ON AIRTEL FOR MISSUSSED LAW OF BUYING AND SELLING IN MARKET COUSTOMER NOT ABLE TO CONSUME WHAT THEY BOUGHT FOR THIS SHOULD BE DONE SOON AS SOON AS POSSIBLE STOP STEALING PEOPLE MONEY ESPECIALLY WHO ARE POOR CAN’T AFFORD ANOTHER RECHARGE IN INDIA
