Kindly do register my complaint.
I do have Airtel number 8866626761, it stopped working since 30.04.2020, I am unable to make calls, receive calls or SMS, it shows errors as “Not registered on Network” or “Network not Available“.
I tried to register the same on 121 and 198 (Airtel Service) but unfortunately was not successful.
Also tried various other modes to register my complaint but not able to speak to customer service department or the nodal officers or the Appellate Officers.
Kindly do note the number was active 30.04.2020 evening, stopped working suddenly despite the validity recharge was done.
Also did one more recharge of 2 days validity , still it shows “Not Registered on Network” or “Network not available“.
Kindly resolve this at the earliest as in this time during lockdown, it is the only way to get connected for essential and banking services.
Even, I tried to email complaint on 121@airtel.com, against which it prompted to authenticate account, please note to authenticate account I need OTP , which is not possible as the issue is with network service, I am unable to get network hence not able to make calls or get messages.
Unfortunately the only way to communicate is this lockdown time is taken by pathetic service of Airtel, none of the customer care numbers or email IDs are responding to my email complaints.
All I get is auto generated mails and IVR.
