Text of Complaint by Jansim Abdul Rahim:

A quick synopsis: I had been owing to this Airtel Postpaid connection number to the subject (+91 9620941128) since the year 2013. While I was employed with Azuga Telematics, they had offered their employees with a CUG plan. Attaching a proof to authenticate the ownership of the above-mentioned number under my name (December 2018 Airtel Bill).
I had never experienced any concerns with Airtel and had continued to pay my bill regularly without fail. However, in November 2019, few employees including me from our company raised a concern stating that the Airtel had changed the ownership of their mobile number to the company (Azuga Pvt Limited) as we stopped receiving any Airtel Bill. We immediately informed the same to our company HR and raised a complaint with Airtel. Azuga provided us with an Airtel POC. Below are his details.
Coordinator’s name: Puneeth. A.S
Coordinator’s email ID & contact number:  a_puneeth.as@airtelworld.com       Contact number: +919108122699
Post a long wait, our organization (Azuga) provided us with a NOC to submit it to the Airtel office. However, I am currently residing in the United States and will not be able to provide my physical presence to any local Airtel office in Bangalore which is told me is a mandated requirement for a number transfer. I am also experiencing challenges in paying my Postpaid Airtel bill.
1. The request was to restore the number under my name so that I can access my number and get the connectivity back. ( No Support from Airtel so far). All my requests are ignored. We had informed that this error happened from Airtel’s side which is costing my number.
2. It is very important to restore my current Airtel number as I am a long term user of this number and all my Indian banks, retail market sites, and Govt sites( Income tax, Aadhaar, etc)  are registered with this number. I would like to keep this number active as I need this for day to day transactions such as local transfer of money to my family in India (OTP).
3. I have a pending payment with Airtel that I would like to pay.
Attaching a copy of a NOC from my office to hand over the Postpaid number back to me
