Text of Complaint by Anirban Mitra:

I am using Airtel for last 15years & in my home all the connections are of Airtel. It proves I am a loyal customer of Airtel. Still after repeated request they are not willing to wave off the late payment charges . I have mentioned there customer care supervisor Ms Varsha, that in these pandemic covid-9 situation its difficult to pay the basic amount.Still I have paid the basic amount for last two months. Additionally we have a severe cycloan in West Bengal last week. I have requested to wave of the late fee charges  & unburred my connection. But they have refuse to do that.

  1. I am requesting you to solve the issue as soon as possible as my outgoings calls are burred.
