I have raised a request for shifting broadband connection on 11 Jan 2023. I haven’t received any response from Airtel until today (19-Jan-2023). They are either not disconnecting the service or not sending any executive to attend. But I am still being charged for the service which I am not using. There has been no proper response from any executive and our request has been prolonged for more than a week.
